To produce fine-tasting top quality wine, we see each wine in itself. It starts with good care of the winestock during its growth and the later ripening of the grape. Then only the good that the grapes have enjoyed in our vinyards during the summer and autumn will we taste later in our wines.

of our wines present all winelovers with a fruity, tasty bouquet carefully picked, meaning our grapes are handpicked and sorted manually according to quality. Then they are left to improve and ripen slowly this lengthy process means the grapes don’t loose any of their quality during the ripening process. Deep and fruity wines due to the fertile soils (plus natural slate) make up our individual wines giving an everlasting taste-experience.
